The most laziest staff members I have seen in that store!
Brought lunch as meal deal with a packet of paracetamol which requires approval and this near to lunch time. No staff members at the front, all of them are at the back. I went to self check out and couldn't get any one to approval for the paracetamol. I went at the back of the store and queue up and then queue was getting bigger. Rather than calling on other staff members to jump on til, one of the staff is telling me to go back all the way to self check out despite I was to be the second person to be served and having a paracetamol on my hand visible. I had to justify why I was in the line as if it is a favour she is doing for me. The second staff who jumped in the till was shocked and asked me 'you.just want to pay for this' and again I was surprised I had to justify this. This is most laziest store of all!. Management seriously needs to look into this!
**update - to Boots owner telling me if I wanted investigated further and to call this number is a bit disappointing customer service itself. Having put on a negative review itself should be enough for the management and owner to investigate and this incident happened the same day of my review. Since the top tone voice (owner) dealing the negative review in this manner then I am not surprised why there is such lack of customer service and poor attitude in this boots store itself! I don't even know how you got into the manager position, if you have this poor attitude in handling complaint and negative reviews in this manner.

Billie is truly exceptional - excellent customer service skills; patient, observant, always keen on pointing out 3 for 2 offers and and and despite the high footfall of the store managing to remember customers, giving them personal attention in her kind caring manner. Have been writing this bc her remembering my regular prescription better than I (!!!!) was almost magical - truly impressive - her going above and beyond deserves more than the stars I am giving

Friendly and helpful staff spoiled by incompetent management. Tried to buy vaseline, but the price was doubled without an advantage card! Tried to download the app so I could buy it for a normal price, after spending ages putting in all my details, the card wouldn't show up because the app didn't work! Due to management policy, staff were also unable to check my details to make sure my card was working, and also were unable to give me the card discount separately. Staff tried their best to be helpful, but due to the stupidity of management requiring a card with an app that doesn't work to not be extorted, and preventing staff from being able to help, shopping here left a very sour taste.

The staff especially the Asian cashier lady was super friendly and helpful when we said were a bunch of tourists visiting London. I can recommend this spot for all the tourists visiting London for their medicine and wellbeing products needs

It's a huge pharmacy. The staff is friendly. The only thing that with the medical recipes are not very coordinated when it comes to attending... it seems that they do not handle the same information!!!

Good place to pick up click and collect items as the parcels are kept on the shop floor, behind the counter so you receive it quickly.

I have waited a bit before writing this review, as I wanted to see if things would change with time, but I'm afraid in the past months (quite a few months...) what I've noticed was a lack of empathy and kindness from most of the staff, as well as a lack of attention even towards loyal customers. Just one tiny example: this morning I went to purchase a product and I have deliberately asked for the biggest packet as this included a price reduction for Advantage Card holders. I have asked the person at the Medicines/Prescription counter to confirm this and I was given an abrupt reply. In the end, no discount was applied, I have paid for the full price. I have noticed straightaway but didn't say anything as I didn't want to receive any extra "kindness" on a Monday morning... In the past and in more than an occasion I haven't been treated very kindly either, so I probably won't buy anything else from this particular branch.
