I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Sarah who works on the clarins counter. Sarah was so personable and took the time to really help me decide on what to buy my mother for her birthday. She was so thoughtful and attentive. She took the time to really help me out. I?m extreme grateful to her for making my day. She?s an absolute treasure and deserves to be recognised for her genuine and considerate service. Thank you for making this experience wonderful and thank you for making my day!

The service at this Boots is typically great. Unfortunately the lady behind the pharmacy counter named Olu is appalling. Rude, dismissive. Please extend her some customer service training to make up for her woeful manners.

The Pharmacist who says her name is Olu needs some customer service training, she has served me on multiple occasions to receive my prescription and each time she has been dismissive, rude and acts like you?re bothering her. I was actually sad to see she was working this morning and hoped I?d end up being served by Patricia but she was busy. I also hoped that Olu would be in a better mood than usual today but that was not the case. I had to tell her today that she would get much further being nicer to people because I had, had enough with how she treats customers.

ACCESSIBILITY: I used a 3 wheel electric mobility aid. Some pathways are narrow, but there are equally wider pathways. There is no accessible toilet. Staff is nice and friendly.

Nabeel and Ayesha were very friendly and helpful. Helped me sort out lost glasses as soon as possible which I really appreciated. Eye test was great and felt comprehensive and not rushed.

The most amazing customer service from the loveliest young lady Patricia. Honestly, I?m just blown away! I?ve never experienced and certainly have never expected such a level of care. I wanted to make a refund for an item, that, unfortunately, is unsuitable for my skin and I ordered it online, but for some reason it was very tricky to process the refund due to a system error. Patricia truly went above and beyond calling the online team and sorting the issue out for me - although it took her time. She was also super kind to advise me on a potential alternative to the product I couldn?t keep. An absolutely 5 star experience. Thank you!

Poor pharmacy service. Pharmacist lacks sense of care and full of ego. Did not offer any solution to the problem presented and subsequently proceeded to ignore my questions and just moved away. Community care is so important when primary care service is under so much stress. AVOID THIS PHARMACY.

Always blasting heating, even on hot/sunny days. The store often smells like body odour due to the heat. This is easily the 3rd of 4th time me and my colleagues have thought this while visiting this branch. It?s not subtle, either?
