An outstanding service from Abdul, who certainly helped me to sort out an advantage card in spite of the failures in the Boots app. From the first moment, he did everything to show me where to download the app, how to register and help me to find an ipad when the phone app failed, even after trying to link a physical card. I hope that software can be improved. Thanks to this kind and professional young man, who in spite of being busy and about to close the store, did everything to help me to get a card and in that way, get a good discount the company is currently offering. Unacceptable Treatment ? Humiliating Experience
I visited this Boots on 28/03/25 at around 11:50 AM to purchase cystitis medicine and browse the makeup and perfume section during my lunch break. Almost immediately, I was followed around by the manager, who clearly seemed to assume I was shoplifting. It was obvious enough that another staff member was even notified to intercept me as I walked into the medicine section.
The entire experience was humiliating and incredibly uncomfortable, especially given the personal nature of my purchase. I?ve been a regular customer here, but after this experience, I won?t be returning.

I use both the Opticians and the pharmacy here and everyone in both are super helpful. And all the other staff are also helpful and friendly.

I will never return to this branch again. Staff members accepted my card payment while fully aware that they are having problems with their card machine. Money was deducted from my account however, transaction did not go through on their side. It's then up to me to either make a double payment and hope for the refund, or leave the store without my money or the items that i purchased. Staff behind the counter also did not seem to phased by the whole situation. Should customers not be warned when they are having issues with card machines????

Only place I want to get my vaccinations. Everything from booking to having the actual vaccination is seamless and easy. The lady doing my flu vaccine put me at ease as i'm terrified of needles and it was over before I knew it, quick and painless. Thanks a million!

Not good services at all. Staff none of duty of care to customers, they just making money and also very-very expensive all items that the compier to others opticians in the city of London. I will not come back in the future.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store on 2/01/2024, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I encountered poor service, with staff members appearing disinterested and engrossed in their own conversations.Upon arrival, I noticed around four employees gathered behind the till, engaged in gossip, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. When I patiently waited to be served, one employee blatantly ignored me, turning away without any acknowledgment. This behavior was noticeable and left me feeling neglected.Later, I approached another colleague to inquire about a specific medicine for UTI. However, I found the interaction to be uncomfortable due to the loud conversation and lack of privacy consideration. In contrast, a year ago, I had a more positive experience with a pharmacist who handled such matters professionally, taking me aside for a discreet conversation.I believe these incidents could benefit from further training and attention to customer service. Additionally, reviewing CCTV footage may provide insights for improvement. I hope my feedback contributes to enhancing the overall customer experience at your store.
