One of the worst opticians in the UK. I would give minus 5 stars if possible. Inexperienced if not under qualified. Even after going five times they could not solve the problem. I would not recommend this place even if there are no other options.

Incredible customer service when compared to a typical high-street franchise, really sets them apart. I had gone in for an eye test, which I had already paid a deposit for, but instead of ticking boxes and collecting the rest of the money for the test. My optometrist had a discussion with me and suggested what was best for me in my particular issue. She refunded my deposit and encouraged me to return to them once my particular issue with Specsavers had been resolved.

This is the optician ONE MUST VISIT. They treat you like VIPs rather than a client. I have been their client since 1999 and always come out fully satisfied.
