Beautiful clothes, terrible shopping experience at Sloane Square boutique. The older staff ignored us most of the time, talking in Italian and only serving select clients that came into the store. It was a struggle to find service, except for one young gentleman upstairs who was very enthusiastic and helpful. Credit to him. When queuing to pay for a suit and several other items the gentleman behind the till called a customer that was stood behind us to come first. The polite customer pointed out that we were in fact before him. However, the gentleman at the till insisted in Italian and brought him forward. After which the very kind customer actually turned around to us and apologised, looking quite embarrassed, and stating he was not sure what was going on. It is most bizarre to spend over £1,000 in a store and to watch your items be shoved into a bag without a word said throughout the whole transaction. This is not the first time I have experience this type of behaviour here which is a shame as Sloane Square is our closest store. I would now go out of my way to find an alternative store to avoid this experience.

The brand is amazing but the staff are crooks, they charge you extra so you need to check what you buy. Also they gave all items wrong size. We recommend you visit any other branch in london but not sloane square .

The material is nice, but this is not Italian clothing. All of the clothes I purchased are made from China. I was told that the clothes were made in Italy due to the prices. The second issue I have is that they do not process refunds despite having a receipt and the clothes are unworn with tags. This is their store policy, but majority of a high end stores do not have this kind of policy; so I find that bothersome. Especially, when I told the sales rep that I may return two items if my father does not like them. Lesson learned. Look at the tags and ask for the store policy instead of listening to a sales rep.

I had a really poor customer experience. Return or exchange process is very cumbersome with refunds not possible. Furthermore, the company gives only store specific credit notes, which you can only use at the store and can't use it either on their online store or convert to gift cards. They are also not willing to order items available online in store so that you are able to use the credit. Online customer service is quite poor, and my ticket from 2 weeks has not been answered yet.

Suits look generally good and stylish, but do not have the quality of those of Corneliani or Canali, in my view. Just be careful with undisclosed overcharges after a purchase in this shop. You could have a nasty surprise.

Really impressed with quality of their products. High quality material and design. Prices are slightly on high side but after trying on some of their shirts and jackets I must admit they are worth it.

The staff at Boggi Sloane Sq are lovely people, especially Giuseppe Covello who helped me choose a suit for my daughters wedding and get it altered by their tailor, it was a great experience and Giuseppe exemplified traditional customer service. Whilst I?d bought an off the peg suit the service was so good it felt almost bespoke. Cannot speak highly enough of him, typical Italian courtesy and grace.

My wife fell on the crossing just outside the shop. The two guys rushed out to help and then gave her first aid inside the shop. They were both really helpful and kind - and my wife appreciated being cared for by two good looking men. ?Thanks to both of you for your kindness.

Dear owner of Boggi Milano, We Londoner now that it?s an Italian company but since you have decided to have presentations, it?s also important to have English speakers rather than Italian. Your Italian staff don?t speak English. However if you go to non Italian staff they explain the products very clearly. At Sloane street upstairs I wanted to buy a shirt your ASM came up With very broken language then another middle age guy again struggling with the English language.I went down a non Italian girl served me and she was excellent. You have open the business to make money not to keep Hiring Italians just because they are Italian.

Wonderful shirts and knitwear.

I used to be a big fan of Boggi, because they offered unfussy quality clothes in real fabrics with an Italian sense of style, for prices that, while high, were good value for the fabrics and quality. But in the last couple of years they seem to have changed direction, bringing in a lot of ranges in synthetic fabrics, lightweight jersey, easy-iron, etc. Although these may be fashionable they are not my taste.

Cashsystem apparently not working, then blablabla and 15 minutes later i was allowed to pay them for my shirt. No backup, nothing. Customer experience 1/5
