Bluebird Care were friendly, flexible and extremely helpful with a care plan for my parents. Cynthia and Miguel organised excellent, friendly and patient carers from Monica, Marcus, Lea and Gary - all of whom were kind, efficient and discreet which reassured my family and gave my parents the comfort they needed.Would recommend - 5 Stars.

Miguel is a superstar. He was so organised, immediately responded to any questions or concerns, and is just a lovely person. I tried other care agencies before I stumbled across him and no one compared to the attentiveness and organised response from Miguel. Would definitely recommend.

Bluebird Care Westminster & City of London provided care for our relative from November 2020 to September 2023. As relatives of an elderly lady, living alone in Sheltered accommodation and suffering with progressively worsening memory issues, we needed to find a reliable, caring and professional agency to help her retain her independence safely. We found the answer with Bluebird Care.Over the years Bluebird have provided a consistently high level of care. Carers have been professional, enthusiastic and genuinely caring and empathetic; forming strong personal bonds with our relative to help alleviate the impact of living alone with dementia. The Bluebird managers have been a pleasure to work with and are clearly part of a team dedicated to provide the highest levels of care. Communication has always been excellent, with team members striving to ensure that a high standard of care is maintained.Living over three hours away from our relative provides its own challenges and Bluebirds use of the OpenPASS phone application has always meant that we had instant feedback from carers on every visit and the ability to leave messages if required. A great way of providing peace of mind.Most importantly we have never felt that we are just clients, as everyone at Bluebird genuinely cares and works to provide a caring and friendly working relationship.As a family it has been a pleasure to use the services of this agency and we have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care Westminster & City of London.

We have recently had a wonderful experience with Bluebird. From the initial call with Miguel, to the supervisory visit from Cynthia and the overnight care provided by Emmanuel and Maria - each moment has been comforting, reassuring and professional. My father's situation means we need to adapt frequently and we appreciate the advice, support and flexibilty that Bluebird have offered as well as the speed with which they were able to provide overnight care. Bluebird care Westminster are about the best company I have worked for in terms of having the best approach & attitude towards both staff & clients.They literally go above and beyond to ensure all clients have their desired continuity of care and allocated times. Introductions to the clients are normally done with a supervisor and always provided when you first start a new service , this in turn gives you an opportunity to meet the client and have a good understanding of their care needs beforehand.Management acknowledge good work & are always prepared to listen to any concerns and they genuinely care & work hard to find the best situation/outcome for all.

We have been using Bluebird Care Westminster for full-time live in care for my father with Alzheimer's for the last few years. The level of care from the individual carer's in the home is excellent. What truly sets Bluebird apart from the previous care agency that we used is the management and oversight. Our Care Service Manager truly understands the needs of our family and goes above and beyond to provide a personal and outstanding service. I would strongly recommend Bluebird Care Westminster.

Review: Bluebird has been caring for my mother who has advanced dementia for the past two years, initially for daycare which then progressed to a full live-in package. The service has been essential in supporting my mother and our families? needs.We have been particularly impressed with our Care Manager, who always goes the extra mile in ensuring the very best care and outcomes for my mother.
