Having worked with Bluebird Care for nearly 2.5 years I would highly recommend them as employers.I very quickly realised that they do live by their company values of putting employees first as they genuinely care about their welfare.I've enjoyed working alongside my colleagues who've nearly all started as carers within the company which is the first time I've seen this.All staff have the opportunity to complete further qualifications and training with support from the office and those moving into other roles are celebrated for do so.Congratulations on the well deserved Homecare Employer of the year award!

I've been working for Bluebird care Wandsworth for 4 years now and each year has been amazing. The office team, together with the rest of my colleagues in the field are like family. With everyone being so supportive, it's a fantastic place to work as everyday is different. I get to meet so many wonderful customers; and working as a team, it has been tremendously rewarding to have made a difference in the lives of so many people.

Bluebird Care provide a brilliant service that rewards, not only clients but employees too. The team at the head office make sure they provide information and also cater to any queries you may have. Working with bluebird care as a care assistant for the past one year has been absolutely amazing. I have had opportunities to reach out with questions I need answers to and theres always a positive response from the team at the head office. I work with a wonderful team that has been highly supportive. Thanks to the encouragement I get from them, my self confidence has grown a lot. Bluebird care has also been very helpful in encouraging me to take trainings and courses that has equipped me in my day to day work with clients.

I have worked with Bluebird Care, as a care assistant since the first lockdown in 2020. I absolutely love my job. The team at head office are always willing to help and work with you regarding your availability and are very flexible. I?ve never worked somewhere where the team has as much care and empathy towards its employees as with its clients. Working for Bluebird and with so many inspiring clients and colleagues gave me the confidence to apply for a degree in nursing, I?m now in my second year on my nursing course and the Bluebird team have been nothing but supportive in everything. I feel that as an employee, I?m supported which enables me to give the best care I possibly can, and that?s what I want to do. I will be doing this type of work in healthcare forever and I have Bluebird to thank for helping me find my vocation.
