I do a fair bit of work in the area, and I quite often need the odd part or bulb or such. Both Tom and Phil are exceptionally helpful, and are always inventive if they don't have what I need. No quibble returns too. They also take amex, so airmiles on parts. A real gem in the area as far as DIY and building merchants go.

I dropped my phone which fell behind a radiator. I thought I'd have to remove the radiator from the wall, but the store kindly allowed me to borrow a torch and some wooden sticks (neither of which I had at home); using these store items, I was able to quickly retrieve the phone. Great customer service!
