Thank you Irena!I took a brand new Balmain jacket for alterations to be done on back and sleeves. Not only the alterations were done with haute couture finishing but also delivered well ahead of promised date.The quality of the work Irena does is outstanding.

The best dry cleaner I ever used - very effective, particularly when they know the source of the stain. Punctual and reliable. Victoria is the best - on top always personal and friendly.

I highly recommend Blanc! Their service is fast, respects deadlines, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They did a brilliant job cleaning my suit during my stay in London.

Do not use this service if you require a reliable dry cleaner.My experience having recently moved to using them;First batch: delayed because ?we were too busy?Second batch: ripped shirt. White patch stains on suitThird batch: delayed because ?we were too busy (again). Come back tomorrow after 1.30?. Having then gone again after 1.30 ?we never said they would be ready. Come back after 5?Absolutely horrendous. Use at your own risk until something goes wrong.

Don?t waste your whole day if you are tailor looking for job, because this company doesn?t need tailor all the time but ask you to do one day training which is waste of time .

Crystel was absolutely amazing - I had my wedding dress altered with her. Firstly she made the experience feel really special and memorable which meant a lot to me. She was able to understand what I needed and was flexible and understanding to my needs. She is very talented and I would trust her with any of my alterations or fittings in the future.
