Absolutely worst experience every time I visit. It's all a blame game as the staff don't identify themselves either on call or in person. I had to raise a prescription request few times for the same medicine. I even called them before I visited the pharmacy for collection. It is never a first time right with this pharmacy but everyone looks very busy.. I wonder what they do. Their standard operating procedure is as follows:1. They say prescription is not received need to order, they even order whilst we are on call.2. You call to find out about the status. They say we can't find it in the system and need to be ordered again, then reorder3. When you call after 3-5 working days to find out if its ready for collection then they confirm it is ready4. When you visit the pharmacy they will say only one of the prescription item is available and need to wait for the rest5. They advise when it will be available but not 100% sure whether it will beWhen asked why you confirmed it is ready for collection. They will say, Well, you didn't speak to me. So I don't knowVery rude staff and never deal with requests accurately. It is better to change to an efficient pharmacy who can do right by patients.

Literally the worse service from on the phone to face to face. Whenever I go in, the staff are either complaining or arguing about their work patterns and shifts

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over forty years and I think it has deteriorated in service since the owner retired. They are rude on the phone (if they answer at all) and seem to choose when you will receive your medication. I am housebound and so rely on acute medication being delivered, but every month I have to contact them as it doesn?t turn up on time even when my surgery has deemed a prescription ?urgent?

The best chemist and pharmacy around. Lots of friendly kind staff. They have quite a few staff members who are eagerly to help out. Been with them for years now and will stick to them.

Had me waiting for 30 minutes and they hadn?t even started getting my meds ready!! (Btw I was only person in there!) three druggies came in to pick up heroine replacement and went while I was still waiting!!! Absolutely disgusting

I have been using this pharmacy for 25 years mainly for regular prescriptions for me and my family.I have always found the staff and pharmacists very kind and helpful. I would also like to mention the very nice delivery driver who delivers my medications. Fantastic service all round
