“No outlook to speak of. No one to meet us. Locked out until after Evening with. All our luggage. Just lucky we met up with a marvellous Australian woman, Ursula, who helped us all day. Booking .com did pull their finger out eventually and helped up us.. Tired and disappointed after flying in from Australia. BUT Iit was soooooo convenient, roomy, comfortable, close to the tube and to St Paul’s. We loved it. More than we would want to pay but would go back again.”
