Had a poor experience using this nails salon. The nails were way thick and the materials used were of poor quality. The form did not match the pictures shown to the artist and the french tip looked messy. Wouldn't recommend using them if you want something good.

Awful service. Paid £15 to have my semi nail polish removed in such a bad and painful way. Other salons go above and beyond even for removal (they apply something to treat your nails and give you a quick manicure) in this salon NOTHING was done, they remove it and send you away. Let alone the guy with no mask who sniffs every two seconds and who clearly did not want to be there (assumed by how rude/unpleasant he was). This was the first time I tried it and safe to say I?m never going back. Appalling.

I got got a simple manicure at Belle Cour and I am wholly satisfied with the service.The technician was very careful when removing the cuticles as I often get bleedings around the edge of the nails. She did a good job.My nails look clean and tidy. The price is fair.

The worst experience ever.. I have booked an appointment for a color and a manicure suddenly they say that they DON?t have time! An started to put only color on the nail.. it turned messy! Told them to remove the color cuz it looked so bad and paid 12£ only for cutting the nail.Should have read the google comments before going to them!!

Worst pedicure I?ve ever gotten, staff were more focused on leaving and going home. For the price you pay, it?s definitely not worth it. They didn?t bother to see if my nails were the same length or shape. Just did a rough quick job. It also felt like they didn?t clean/sanitise equipment properly, as I was waiting he gave the foot bath thing a quick wipe down with water, no spray or scrub. Never coming back!

I did my lashes here. Lashes were ok not the best. The woman was Nice. But the equipments were cheap. I was disappointed that there was not eye-makeup remover, They gave me dry baby wipes instead. Then While doing my lashes, she said. « if my lashes are not sitting Good, its coz of the makeup left». I mean, if she sees my makeup is still there, she supposed to remove it before starting. She also used a plaster around my eyes and brows. It felt like she was waxing me When she removed it., it was painfull.Another thing , When i got there first i asked if they accepted bank card, They said yes. Then i was about to pay, their pay was not working ,i got stressed. Tought the problem was mine. It wasnt .then brought cash nd paid AFTER trying many times.It was such a MESSY experience. I would never go back there.

I was pleased the salon gave me an appointment last minute before a wedding as I didn't have a booking.They offered me a drink and the place is clean. However, my nails were pretty awful. I haven't had acrylic nail fillers much as I don't want to damage my real nails. However I wanted my nails to look good so I did.It took an hour to do my nails and they were uneven and the nail fillers were bumpy. It also looks like the nails are coming off rather than stuck down properly.b I'm not very confrontational and to be honest I really wanted to leave as it had already taken a while so I didn't say anything or they would have had to do the whole thing.The eyebrow threading was ok and cheapBut the nails were expensive and don't look nice . My friend (who gets acrylics regularly) was in shock about how bad they looked when I met her after. I'll go to wherever she goes in the future
