Was fortunate to get my vaccine here yesterday after a delay as the vaccines ran out in the early afternoon. The staff were fantastic and made sure everyone waiting received their vaccine. A big thanks to the wonderful friendly volunteers- thank you for everything.

Very disappointed with their service. I came to this chemist as i had a vaccine appointment. But a lady that works there said it was cancelled as they ran out of doses so i had to go. I was told to come on another day which i did. But I was only few min late and that lady did not allow me in to take the vaccine. She said they will be closing soon and needs to tidy but she did let another girl in to take the vaccine. Very rude and racist. I would never come to this chemist. Would have gave no stars.

Aweful experience. I traveled from Walthamstow to clapton for my vaccine as im in one of the first priority groups but was turned away because of a problem with the booking. Ok i hadn?t pressed the correct button on the booking app but it was 5.50, I had screenshots proving it was a mistake and id ment to book and they were about to give a que of youngsters leftover jabs queuing outside. Very jobs worth approach. Very disappointing.

Went to the pharmacy after a burn injury, the pharmacist Mr Sampson was kind, attentive and really helpful. I went back days later to pick up my son medication, and the pharmacist remembered me, he checked the progress and healing of my burn. It really goes a long way when a clinician goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you.

My partner had a dental emergency so we called 111 and was given this pharmacy to go and collect the prescription.. on entrance I had one customer infront of me.. the place was spotlessly clean. And they got my prescription ready within 20 minutes.thank you for providing an NHS service..
