Booked in whilst in the area for brow shape. Gurpreet was super, and completely understood my brows were regrowing after medication shedding. No judgement or ?do you pluck these?? Questions like I get elsewhere. I find that off putting when it?s been a long road to regrow at a traumatic time.

This was my second appointment at Beauty Essence for a 45 min pedicure with Kafi. Kafi left my feet looking and feeling renewed but was also great with talking me through the process plus offering advice for after care.The staff here are lovely and welcoming and this was also my experience the first time I came.I highly recommend this establishment and will be returning back for other treatments.Thanks again Kafi for being super!UPDATE***2024**** I have returned many more times for facials, pedicures and manicures. The team are great. Always welcoming and full of positive energy. Will continue to recommend this place as they are truly amazing.
