I went for an interview got approached by security guards in a disgusting manner and even one of the managers was quite rude employees don't speak English /Hire people that can actually speak english would never want to work here!!!

Despite having decent perfumes and deals/offers I strongly dislike the atmosphere of the store. Very hostile environment. Unwelcoming. Unfriendly security and staff. They follow you around pretending to do ?their job? even if you kindly decline their help. It's weirdTreat your customers as you would be treated. Don't discriminate. Create a warmer and a friendly vibe in your store especially if you are serving instead of having conversations in your native language in front of customers. It's very rudeI no longer shop here.

Went here (Westfield Stratford) yesterday for some Christmas shopping, staff were very helpful esp Arfa, which helped in more detail with products, specifications varieties of perfumes??There was another lady that I met firstly, a bit reserved or shy if I'm mistaken I apologise but she was very helpful also in me making my decision for a family members gift. Thank you all! Not forgetting to mention the gift wrapping lady!?????

Dear Beauty Base Management,I recently visited your store at Westfield Stratford and was deeply disappointed with the way customers are treated. After spending approximately 10 minutes in the store, I intended to purchase two lip glosses totaling £6 ? not a substantial amount, but that was all I wanted. At the checkout, I handed over a £5 note and requested to pay the remaining £1 with my card, as I didn't have additional cash.To my surprise, I was told that card payments were not accepted for amounts less than £5. I tried explaining that this was my preferred method of payment and that I had never encountered such a rule in a mall store before. Such policies are usually seen in Turkish stores, where many of them accept any amount. I asked to see where this rule was stated and was shown a scribbled and torn piece of paper supposedly indicating a £5 minimum card payment.I requested to speak with the manager, as I believe this treatment of customers is unacceptable and likely to discourage future visits. Instead, I received a dismissive response, including remarks like, "Can't you pay the entire amount with your card?". This attitude raises concerns about how customers are treated and whether holiday seasons make a difference in customer service.I sincerely hope the management of Beauty Base takes note of these issues. It's essential to provide a positive shopping experience for customers, regardless of the season or the store's foot traffic. Treating customers with respect and flexibility should be a priority.

Its the worst shop in Westfield! First of all the prices are higher than somewhere else and they dont have tester for each perfume . How do you suppose to buy something if you dont try it?!Costumer service?! Inexistent !!! There are only a few polite girls but all the rest of staff are rude, not giving a smile to no one, especially Oscar, he had the worst attitude EVER. He shouldnt work with costumers. I was literally shock for how this people still have a job as a sales assistant.Very poor management.Well.. never back again and never suggest it to no one! Plenty more lovely shops in Westfield where you can buy good priced perfumes and where you can spend happily your money.

Very bad experience not first time but this time really sad to see bad customer service specially at the front tills counter.They charged me paper bag 15p when every where paper bag is free!! Disappointed!

Prices are decent, but I'd rather pay more in another shop then be followed around by the Chinese female assistant and have a greasy haired security guard stare at me.Literally every step I made the assistant was by my side, if I wanted that type of experience I would have taken my girlfriend shopping! Perhaps she liked the smell of my aftershave, but please get out the way and allow customers to spend their hard earned money!

I?ve asked to try a perfume but unfortunately is out of stock for tester. Funniest thing is ur employee asking me to john lewis might have it to try. Doesn?t make any sense. So basically she think I might not able to afford it so it?s better to go away. Anyways I?ve already done my purchase from your shop but I think this is last time after embarrassed myself. Thank you very much it was wonderful shopping experience with u lot since last 6 years. It?s time to go john lewis
