Called in to this store and the Bow Lane store on to purchase a pair of shoes last minute in time for a friends wedding. The staff were most approachable and helpful, communiacting between stores to put a pair aside in my size. Great quality shoes too. Happy to reccomend.

They are advertised as one of the best quality English shoes but mine fell apart 3 times within a year, and each time they would just take them in to fix them causing an even bigger damage?

The shop is rather small and doesn't offer much of a choice in different shoes. Customer service was very nice though and tried their best!

Good quality shoes with a wide variety of styles. Unfortunately the sales staff were a little indifferent with regards to sales, it seemed like an effort to answer questions and trying shoes on. This was a marked difference to when I?ve been before where the sales assistant was more than willing to answer questions and tell me about the virtues of Barker shoes compared to others.

Excellent customer service. The assistant (H) couldn't have been more helpful. I bought one pair but also wanted to try the fit of several other styles for possible future purchase. I made it clear I wouldn't be buying them there and then but this was not a problem at all. One style was out of stock but a call to the Regent Street branch (the staff of which were equally helpful when I arrived) located a pair. An exemplary shopping experience and highly recommended.
