I visited the Leadenhall Market shop to find something for my son for Christmas. It's a really lovely looking shop and has a good selection of mens and womens clothing.
I ended up trying the various aftershaves they offer and found the staff extremely helpful.
And how cool are the bags.... unfortunately, they've already run out of the pin badges.

The location is superb.
One of their sales representatives (the young, beardless blonde guy) had a very rude attitude towards me when I asked to use the fitting room to try on a coat, following me to the fitting room and staying at not even 1 metre of distance all the time. Making customers feel like they're criminals is inadmissible. I've never felt so poorly treated in any other London store.

Walked in to buy new jacket on 24 October 2024 no greeting from staffs (3-4 of them were busy chitchat with each others. Very rude white lady (pretending to be manager) was so rude and very aggressive to me as i walked in with my paper cup of coffee (no sign) and forced me to go out the store, her attitude and very racist to Asian customer
Highly recommended HR and HQ to find new staff who have better attitude and happy to work in retail industry

Great location and a lot of choice. Only downside was the largest lady's size was a 12, when the average UK size is 14, so limited to only small people.

Ive gotten one of my all time favorite jackets from here and its lasted me a good 3 years and counting. If you have some clothing needs that are long lasting, Barbour is the right place

Great brand and great stores in Scotland. This store had no stock for any sizes on any of their main line items in any colour way, the manager was micro managing their extremely undertrained staff who didn?t have a clue what they were doing. Overall a terrible service in comparison to other stores.
