Kim demonstrated an outstanding customer-centric approach today during our purchase of two women?s jackets. He was the only one in the women?s department who truly showed real customer focus. He even undressed a mannequin to provide my son?s girlfriend with the right size of her jacket. Without Kim, Barbour would likely have lost a double sale ? and a customer. Well done!

I had a great shopping experience at the Barbour store in London. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole visit enjoyable.

We love Barbour. Bought a Barbour item from a different non Barbour store which was too small and they kindly allowed us to do an exchange. The staff was polite and said he would check with his manager to confirm and we are very happy with our correctly sized polo shirt.

Very rude staff. Two guys, including one bald employee, was actively rude. Not a single person asked to help us.

Good selection of products and available in all sizes. One of the better Barbour stores. The shop assistant was very helpful and informative. Prices are similar to other stores.

Bigger than other shops nearby. Nice and professional young lady on the first floor in women part, she called all shops to check availability of one item I needed and gave me a good advice to get reimbursed for a wrong item they sold me in another shop (what I did and got money back). Definitely very profesional staff and a nice shop in general, I will cond back!

Lovely flagship store! Much nicer display and less crowded than Regent Street. Max and his colleague were very friendly and helpful.
