I ordered a plate of floating mini idlis which was served cold (also idlis were not floating - served sambar like a miser, why??? Customers not paying??)
Anyway, when raised the issue, they just put it in a microwave without bothering to see if there was enough sambar left on the plate (sambar was soaked up and I ate DRIED hottt idlis). Usually when the idly is cold, you pour hot sambar over it and serve (that's basic etiquette any mum would teach) and they are running a restaurant without caring about it. Ridiculous!!
The quality + portion of serving (with increase in prices) of the food over the recent years have significantly worsened.
Never stepping my foot again here.
I have eaten here 3 years ago when the food was actually good with good portion of the north indian thali served on a beautiful thali too.. now it is on a plastic plate??
Also, what happened to Atithi Devo Bhava? Worst customer service. Forgot your roots 'Bangalore' express??

Got to have some authentic Bengaluru food here and loved the dhonnai biryani ! I would recommend it for people missing namma Ooru food.Shannon was really lovely and treated us well ?

One must visit here if they are keen to explore South Indian dishes.
Suggestion- can add posters related to Bangalore (or any popular states of India on walls instead of black grille to give deep vibes of India / Bangalore)

My partner fell very very sick after the food. Unsure what the cause is, but have informed the restaurant about this and hope they double check the ingredients in the food.

The main course was absolutely not fresh at all. We felt the vegetables used in curries were completely out of date taste and off and felt the gravy was made with lot of preservatives. Also bit pricey and not worth the money. They charge unnecessary gratuity which is a lot and don?t offer an option informing it is discretionary. Please avoid going if you can.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bangalore Express City and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The menu was extensive, offering a wonderful variety of classic and modern Indian dishes.
I had the veg thali which was incredibly rich and full of flavour . It was an absolute delight.
Our server Abadur was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. The service was prompt, and we never felt rushed.
Bangalore Express City is a gem, offering a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend it!

Fabulous restaurant near Shard that offering delicious food..!!
We celebrated my Aunt B'Day with delicious Thali. Food looks spectacular and taste is delicious. Loved the receival and hospitality treatment coming to us several times on asking if everything is Okay. That's was really touched.
It is just short walk from one of the most iconic London landmark Shard. Overall we enjoyed food, ambiance and hospitality. Don't miss visiting if you love the Indian food in Central London.
