Their on line system is not great but the staff in wood green are superb. Sharon and Dan were incredibly professional and helpful while helping me changing my order and arrange for a home delivery, which it was due to my mistake. Thank you so much

Terrible store. I tried to returns goods bought from another B&Q store. They were unable to scan my week old receipt so no refund. I was told it was my fault. So much for your 90 days returns and customer service

Needed some house plants and the female Manager was very helpful and even helped me with choosing the pots.Only 4 starts because the store itself could do with more staff, been there a couple of times and long waiting time to be seen. I think I was also misinformed with plant delivery as I enquired about getting the plants delivered instead as too large and heavy to carry but now checking online it seems you can shop for the plants and get it delivered.However it would be useful if there was an option to choose the plants in store and book a delivery (if that doesn?t already exist).

Worst customer service anywhere ever! Waited for an employee (Mus)to finish speaking to his colleague, so I could ask a question about a product, who then after spending 5mins pretending a customer (me) wasn't waiting he(mus) basically told me to go away! I told him i had a question about a product and he replied, join that que for your question! Very passive aggressive! His social conversation with his colleague is obviously what he's paid for so I will never visit this place again, with Mus there I'm sure the store won't be there long! Great job, you really did B&Q it!

Ordered a hoover. Price went down 2 days later. Had to return hoover and re buy. Went to exchange instore 6miles away. Told must wait 24hrs to Collect new one. Visited store 24hrs later was given same hoover. Took home and opened to find a pre used damaged hoover.The rest is a long long nightmare....ended up returning everything with refunds and will never buy from B&Q again.

I strolled in to browse. They have a lot of stuff. I love gardening things. I found the rooting powder and a rooting gel. This is a huge store with something for everyone. From a light bulb to a whole new bathroom.

Great store. Pretty well stocked with a wide range of common DIY products but what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service provided by this store.I needed some wall plugs but couldn?t find it. It turned out they were a special order item and colleague Mus helped me to place an order for them. He was knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process, making sure everything was correct. I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanour. They are ready to collect the next day.The store is convenient, being on Wood green High Road mean't I didn't have to go to the ones in the retail parks which takes time and money to get there.Thank you to Mus and the rest of the team for all the help.
