I am extremely happy with my purchase from Auree, the bracelet is gorgeous but more importantly there was an issue with delivery and when I emailed I got a quick response from Amelia who resent the bracelet to me despite Royal Mail saying (incorrectly) that it had been delivered. So grateful as this was a Christmas present and it was resent in time to avoid any stress. Thank you!

I?ve order a bracelet that in one year broke 4 times. In the meantime, while I was waiting to have it repair, I bought a new one and even that one broke so I send it to repair it aswell. I asked for a refund but I don?t have the right to have it because it?s over 60 days. They asked me to send it again. I?m really done and disappointed because was not a cheap bracelet.

We wanted to buy from a small British company and found Auree when ordering some pearl drop earrings for our daughter's birthday. Couldn't be more pleased! Excellent company to deal with and the pearl earrings are lovely, she is very happy. Lovely packaging with a pretty grey bow. Will definitely buy from.them.again & recommend Auree to our friends.

I have now purchased a few times from Auree Jewellery and each time I have been very happy with the whole experience. I love their jewellery and their style, the service is impeccable, all is perfect from the packaging to the postage and communication. I had to deal with the customer service a couple of times and they were prompt to solve my problems and very nice. It looks like you are dealing with a small traditional family jewellery where they know you and want to provide their best service because they are proud of their trade. I have no hesitation in recommending Auree Jewellery.

Fast becoming my go to brand for Jewelery. Beautiful pieces. Recent customer service has been excellent, very quick to respond to my query and deal with a problem I had. I think the customer service has improved greatly as my husband had previously had trouble contacting someone about an order however this was quickly looked into and feedback taken on board. I feel very confident continuing to order from them and love the quality of everything I've had so far.
