The whole company is a huge scammer.I told them on the phone that I needed the storage for 4 to 8 weeks. When I was leaving I was told I needed to pay rent for 12 weeks because that?s what the contract said. So nothing what we discussed on the phone was true!When I went to get the last boxes the lift was not working again. I had to hire someone to carry my boxes downstairs because I?m not able to carry anything.The storage on top of me leaked and something was dripping over my stuff from the roof. I got no notification of this, I only found out when they had left a note inside saying they?ve checked my storage.I just got £100 back my deposit which was £180.These people steels money from you and nothing works there.
