Outstanding & personal customer service from both Shamoon & Rinesh. They made what otherwise, would have been a headache to sort out, a seamless process by organising their outsourced electrician to make good but, most importantly safe the electrical issue at my elderly aunts? place. I highly recommend buying from Atlantic Electrics.

My partner bought a Segway Ninebot D18E from Atlantic and it turned up faulty. It wont turn on. Battery charger is showing green so the scooter has battery, weve googled everything to see if theres any visible faults. Even tried contacting Segway which told us to troubleshoot the scooter and it still wont turn on. So far Atlantic has been really unhelpful. Be careful purchasing escooters from this company!Edit: The company went out of their way to send us a replacement. Which the scooter now full works as it should.

Honestly great service by the team today. Bought a cooker but due to unforeseen circumstances was no longer required. The team were very understanding and professional at all times in accepting it back. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Exemplary customer service.

If I could give 0 star I would. Disgraceful customer service with regards to manufacturer returns. Basically they don't want to do it so are claiming the product retuned is cracked & broken. It wasn't when it left us & it's in exactly the same packaging as we sent it to the manufacturer & they then returned to us in. They seem to be ignoring the fact that it's only going to be written off anyway as can't be repaired & the manufacturer are covering the cost...In response to your reply. I, too, have spoken to LG they are as confused as I am as to why you're querying the return of an already broken unit being more broken (as they've ascertained it cannot be repaired), as I have already stated it had made to LG & back to us in the same packaging without incident, I cannot be held responsible for any damage during shipping. They are denying having received any communications from yourselves regarding this. It has been very obvious from the beginning of our communications with you regarding this that you do not wish to either exchange it OR refund us the purchase price even though you have a letter from LG explicitly telling you to do so. Is this because you knew, from the moment you sold it it was subpar?
