I had a wonderful experience with Jessica!
She found out what I wanted and talked through ideas with me, she explained her process while cutting.
She answered all of my many questions. She gave me tips on taking care of my hair at home.
She came across authentically which made me comfortable. She was warm and welcoming, she was also professional and focused. It was relaxing.
I wanted to leave the salon with damp hair so it could dry naturally. It has since dried and I am very happy with how well the cut works with my waves, they look particularly wavy. I like how she cut the hair around my face, too, the front falls nicely and the waves are enhanced.
I?m very happy to have found Jessica at Aspire and will be coming back for all my haircuts!

Shellac gel nails chipped after 1.5 weeks when should have lasted much longer! Called salon to share disappointment and then asked for a manager to call me to discuss. Manager couldn?t be bothered to call me themselves to address my complaint (not great! Especially for a long standing customer) and also told nail technician to say I?d have to pay again and wouldn?t repair for free. Hair salon good (had haircuts and colour many times over the years as well as facials) but will personally not return here for nails or recommend this place if you want chip free nails. Will go back to the Asian nail bars which are in abundance in the Greenwich area where shellac gel lasts way longer than 1.5 weeks and has NEVER chipped for me, only regrowth which is totally normal. Photos attached, ignore small bit of regrowth that?s normal but shows chips.UPDATE: In response to owners response, it has chipped after 10 days which is 1.5 weeks NOT 14 days as you state. Regrowth aside, shellac gel nails shouldn?t chip after 10 days if you?re using quality products in the first place. I?ve been coming to the salon for many years since I moved to the area, last visit in 2022 is insignificant point (and not information you should share publicly due to data privacy along with my appointment date!) as is the point I was happy when I left salon 2 mins after they were done. You?re missing key point that they haven?t lasted as they should! Poor and unprofessional managerial response and customer service lacking from Mr Gill.
