Very bad company. Money grabbing from new students and taking disadvantage of students. Even don?t understand them. Very very bad. Tourchering carers to do extra hours job. Not understanding them. They take 14000£ from us to give sponsorship, afterwards they torture me to do night shift for continously 5 days which is not possible for anyone to do. When i call them they told me you have to do . Not listening anything and cut the call. Money grabbbing. I advice not to trust them. If you don?t have my employment record that ok but i have your company id card everything. Its very funny to say that you don?t have any record of mine

My experience with Ashbourne care, particularly with Coordinator Marsa, was nothing short of a nightmare. Marsa's lack of organization and communication resulted in a chaotic and stressful situation for me . The quality of care provided was shockingly inadequate, and it was evident that they prioritize profits over the well-being of those they are entrusted to care for. I strongly advise against choosing Ashbourne for your care needs, as my unfortunate encounter with them left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned for the vulnerable individuals under their supervision.

Thank you to Ashbourne Care (the carers and people in the office) for the post operative care provided to me for about 8 weeks after a complex foot operation. Every carer looked after and helped me with kindness, respect and good humour and helped me greatly not only in my physical recovery but mentally too - it was a lovely boost to speak to a friendly person every day. I would recommend Ashbourne Care and would definitely use them again.

Ashbourne healthcare is an excellent company that helps so many different types of people in need,I?ve been working with them for many years.The staff are helpful and friendly especially Masa and Marta they are always there for their clients and cares. Ashboune Healthcare are very professional.We have been using their services for one year now and i don?t have any complaints yet. They Have really good Carers ,Hardworking and compassionate (specially Dashna, Farhiyo,,Ramneek, who is caring for my mum Shafia khatun.The care coordinator Mahsa and Justyina are are always there when you need them and always helpful. I would recommend anyone to use their services.

Highly Recommend Ashbourne!! They were absolutely amazing in helping to look after my mum - so compassionate and caring towards her and her needs. Sadly my mum struggled with alcohol abuse for many years since her diagnosis but they even helped her to reduce her consumption of alcohol. Can?t praise them enough. Super reliable too - never once let us down!

So very impressed and grateful with the exceptional friendly but professional care and support my Aunt who suffers from dementia receives from Ashbourne Healthcare - she's always given total respect and dignity, is encouraged to do fun physical activities, feels comforted by the engagement and time always given to her, nothing is too much trouble, her needs come first - would 100% recommend, absolutely fantastic

D had built Ashbourne to be a Care Agency like no other. He was correct, it has set the bar for all things useless. The first carers were the best out of the bunch, however, the rest have expressed how they do not want to be here, have been forced to come to our house and their work has pretty much shown their lack of desire to be there. We have had carers spend in total 1hr 30 mins of their 2 hour shift in the toilet, flushing while their on their phone. We've had carers chuck feaces and urine over our carpet, mix medication and crush it together. Now the agency is refusing to come because my Dad has tested positive for Covid despite whole family testing negative. Hospital wants to discharge and states after 5 days he will no longer be infectious but Ashbourne stopping his discharge. They are money grabbing, ? carersavoid at all costs.

I work for Ashbourne, i love them. Great team in the office , good company.When my phone broke they helped me to get another phone by giving me a loan. So in no time at all I had a brand new phone. When I was isolating they brought food to my front door. They also offered me a lovely job in a lovely place. Staff are always helpful friendly. I have seen other agencies and Ashbourne is at the top.
