Currently trying to get a refund (promised but not delivered weeks later) for glasses made with incorrect lenses not once but twice. I have just been hung up on by the lady answering the phone, she called me rude, I pointed out it was frustration that I am yet again having to contact them to follow up on a job not done.DO NOT RECOMMEND WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

My other half and I had booked two consecutive appointments a few days ago. We arrived early to give us time to make a selection of frames. We wasted about 20 minutes looking at frames outside our budget because they were mislabelled.When I pointed out the problem with the large promotional item showing the wrong prices for the frames displayed, the staff member merely shrugged and said nothing could be done about it.The mistake in advertised pricing is only a little irritating. Mistakes happen, but the attitude of the Asda staff member really was unhelpful and not at all customer friendly.After our eye tests we left without buying frames at this Asda store. We won't go back.

Best opticians I have visited. Polite and helpful. The optician is thorough and explains what she is doing all the way through eye test. Have been coming here for 4-5 years.

After shopping around for a new pair of spectacles I decided to go to Asda and buy them here as their prices were so much more reasonable than other places and having bought pairs here quite often in the past I know they are really good quality and made to last.

I do not recommend this place because the manager Rita is so rude and unhelpful.Even if the glasses are googd and worth the price, but this woman?s behaviour reminds me of hell.

I had my eyes checked today with Ms Ketal Patel. Very attentive, very professional and very thorough.Also Amy who helped me choose my glasses was honest and very friendly, great customer service all round. Would recommend this optician. My husband was there last saturday and got the same treatment. ??

Not bad I came here before, but didn't come back anymore. Due to other places closer to where I live. I would not hate on it, I would say give it a go, not terrible as others described it.It serves it place.

One star for the actual optician and one star for the assistant who helped me choose my glasses for the first visit. They were excellent. One star for the glasses which are good value. Disappointed with the rest of the service. Although they apologised, I felt they should have given me a voucher or something for the inconvenience they caused me. Not sure if I will use them again now.
