We?ve been going here for years, myself and my children. I have been to other opticians also purely because we moved and it is more convenient. However, I?ll definitely be returning to Asda as the whole experience has always been a thorough and helpful one. There are plenty of good frames to choose from. The prices are reasonable. My glasses which I had made almost 3 years ago are still my favourite and I good condition.Good decent quality at reasonable prices.Thankyou.

On 2nd February 2024 at 14:08, I called reception to book an appointment for my children. I kindly asked to book 3 appointment for my children together at the same day because we are far from there. Unfortunately, the reception( Ka?n) answered and she was extremely rude to me. She refused to book it together for me and said that I need to take them in 3 different day and she also very unsettled and upset with no manner . I have been doing eye check up for my children for ages, they usually booked for me together without being rude. She need to be trained that?s not how to deal with patients. I will Never go back again.

I've been going there for years. I recently had a face-to-pavement-interface-situation (I fell over), and landed glasses-first. I lost a Comfort Pad, and Asda attached 2 new ones for free, straight away with no waiting. Thank you Asda Docklands!

An ok plaza to get your eyes tested but the waiting list is huge, went to specsavers instead

I was a bit wary of Asda opticians as I wasn't sure if the quality of care would be reflected in the budget prices. However my partner came here as a first time client and said the optometrist was extremely thorough. I was seen by a different gentleman for my sight test and contact lens check up, and am pleased to report that the level of care was excellent. He really took the time to explain everything which I found so helpful. I will be returning very shortly to get new glasses - the price includes extra thin lenses, optional tint, anti scratch - thereby offering great value. Thank you so much, Tanvir!

Got my eyes tested for contact lenses and glasses, the optician was really good and explained everything to me very clearly as I may need to go for tests at the eye hospital, he was very informative about which contact lenses and glasses options I could go for and answered all my questions and worries.
