The attitude and behaviour of the staff were unhelpful and aggressive. The front staff should be trained on how to interact and behave with their customers.

Does not deserve 1 star, but optometrist was very rude and obnoxious towards me, he was making his own rules as he talked. This person should be removed immediately from position. I can believe Asda employs people like this. I left feeling very distorted and uncomfortable. Do not go to this store.

Popped in yesterday re a problem with my new glasses and seeing that the assistant was eating I said I would wait until she finished. "Oh no, it' ok" she replied and carried on talking to me with her mouth full of food - not pleasant to behold and very ill mannered!!

Really disappointing stuff, who have know anything about how to communicate with customers. I was waiting for the appointment for contact lenses trial more than one month instead of promised 2 weeks. At the end they just cancelled my last appointment saying they will come back back in April because of the updated regulations.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! I went there 4 times to try and order glasses and there was always a problem!!!! Either a person doesn't know how to do his job or a scanner not working or not enough staff!!!!!! Really disappointed and angry with these people!!!!!!

Very disappointing as I had 2 appointment, one for eye test and contact lenses fitting. Did my eye test one and the contact lenses one unfortunately the staff are out on lunch and have to reschedule. Very disappointing.
