will give 0, If I could.
Hygiene is the most important for me. I am a regular at Art Cafe since it started couple of years ago. When this restuarant had just started, its first week...I saw its staff coming out of toilet cubicle and wash her hands with just water and left. I was disgusted considering they serve food.
In last couple of months, I have been to the Art Cafe and everytime I used the toilet, there is no toilet paper and hand wash.
Seemingly, the King and Cassy management is responsible to maintain it as informed my the Art Cafe manager.
Once I even asked for toilet paper on previous occassion thinking its an error.
It happened again today. When I went to the staff of this restaurant, they ignored me and acted as if they dont know what I am talking about.
Its the only restaurant with such miser and poor hygiene standards.
Absolutely disgusting.

Bad staff attitude.

Your sarcastic response to this feedback is not helpful.

Hidden away in Kidbrooke Village, lovely little spot for a coffee with reasonable prices. They also have some outdoor seating, you can sit and listen to the water with your coffee and it is very relaxing. Wish residents would support this over (no tax) Starbucks.

A great gem of a place! My daughter loves the Playville soft play area, I can easily not see her for an hour there. There is a great range of toys as well as a trampoline, slide and ball pit. We held her party here and it was really great, a nice location for the adults too.

Artfix is a great little find in that it combines a Chinese restaurant, a cafe and a soft play area for little ones. They can be a bit haphazard with whether they are open or not as each time we?ve been there they?ve kind of indicated they?re closed, and then let us in anyway. The cafe guy could be friendlier and more helpful, and refused to serve us even though it was before closing time. The Chinese restaurant people are lovely and very helpful, and the food is pretty decent. Outside, the adventure playground is very jolly. Generally, the whole area is pleasant, though parking is a bit annoying.
Parking: You have to park some distance away on the street and it?s not easy to find a space. You may have to pay if it?s Monday-Friday day time.
Kid-friendliness: Good for very little ones

The cafe was good and quick. The Chinese restaurant is the best in the area.
Kid-friendliness: Children facilities are great, they even had a free play area for babies and a feeding rocking chair.

Dirty disgusting place. Carpets very dirty, glass finger marks Dead plants everywhere. I'm living this building really embarrassed to bring guests to this place. Waiter behind the counter. Not listening properly very rude attitude. Out in front of the building and the restaurant disgusting, pigeon droppings everywhere. Never been cleaned or swept power washed. It's ok if you have kids keep them occupied. Sometime we want to come for coffee for peace and quiet.

Our cafe and our Cafe proprietor is lovely
The one disadvantage is children's buggies everywhere
The Mothers need to stop bringing in their own drinks and food , while their children are in Soft Play
1 mum will take over z table of 4 , not purchase anything
The chinese is far too expensive
If delivered in the buying it arrives cold
Cafe needs the whole area

It was an amazing experience at the Artfix Kidbrooke last week. The environment was fresh and relaxing and we connected with a number of kind individuals

Absolute gem of a place. There is a small softplay for kids, very good cafe for coffee ans chai latte, and also a Chinese restaurant- all in one and still so spacious.
The staff are kind and respectful. Do note, the cafe closes at 6- however the Chinese restaurant serves till late.
Kidbrooke kids playarea (outdoors) is right next- so this place is a win win.
Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly

This was a bit of a mixed bag really? I ordered a sandwich and coffee and put my things down at a table and took my baby to the loo which was a long way from the table. When I got back somebody had moved all my things which were hidden round a corner and thrown away my coffee. They did make me a new one but this is the first time I?ve encountered this when going to the loo in a cafe! Very tricky for parents on their own to manage.
I ordered a tuna, cheese and cucumber panini but there was no cucumber in it so it was a bit bland.
The soft play is ok but I agree that £7 is too expensive for what it is as it?s quite small.
There was no toilet roll in 2 of the toilets.
It just lacked the smiley, welcoming vibe I so often experience. I felt a bit like an inconvenience.
