Asked for a price match for what looks to be an identical jumper. Waited about 10 minutes for the manager who said no which is fine it?s just the staff execution (inc the manager) was poor they made me feel really awkward and like I was an idiot. Disappointing.

Very blunt unfriendly Covent Garden manager when his helpful staff asked him to offer me 10% for a faulty sale item, he just came out from his room, show his grumpy face with his blunt tone of voice and said, ?that is the reason is discounted? no extra discount was offered, no sorry for selling a faulty clothing on a end of season rail. When Arket sell faulty clothing on discount? Faulty product should go back to the factory. Would I pay to buy the faulty tshirt?no. Arket CG and it?s zero customer service manager can keep the unwanted Tshirt for another many season to come, it?s a very unpleasant shopping experience indeed ?

I wanted to check out the cult store Arket & see what the hype is aboutPRO:- Good quality clothing- Well organized store- Located close to Covent GardenCON:- Expensive- Not unique clothing- Few sales (but jump on when you see them)SUMMARY:I didn't see the "wow" factor here. I saw good staples but at a price that it didn't warrant

Particularly love this store. It's so cozy and light.And I love the cafe. Visited the other day and there were so many vegan goodies!! Spoke to the staff who are positively lovely - the young lady with the dark brown hair in particular. She was so helpful. Number one shopping spot.

First time coming to this branch and liked it a lot more than the one in Regent Street. Not too crowded so you get to enjoy your experience and clothes are well organised, making it easy to find whatever you're looking for.The staff are also helpful if you ask for assistance. Overall, a lovely store.

Kate and Karishka are great people with and without the arket badge they wear. Extremely empathetic, diligent and strive to give customers a smooth experience. I came with a sticky situation of having lost my gift receipt and they both worked relentlessly to give me peace of mind and track back to find my 3 day old purchase in such a busy store.Great multi-tasking whilst caring for me as a customer. Role model employees ans role model people. Thanks guys you took weight off me shoulders incase my gift don?t fit my friend. On bottom floor at the store they are located so look for them if you are ever shopping there.
