I came here to collect an item and was initially handed the item in the wrong colour. I returned to the store a couple days later and was served by Nadira, who was so lovely and was able to resolve my issue promptly!

The most awful Argos in London. I made an order , was waiting till the stuff will discuss their holidays with each other. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time, so I had to left. Then in 2 hours I came again to buy the item, and they told me somebody ordered, but it was me. My order, but they stared to prove me that is not mind. I showed them, told the time. But they do nothing. Not their problem.

An absolute nightmare of place to collect from, no parking anywhere and red routes. Avoid if you are collecting an item. Apart from that they were fine inside.

Really poor experience at Argos Old Street. I went in to exchange an item for a bigger size, and the manager flat-out refused, despite it being brand new and within the return period. Rude and unhelpful attitude throughout.
Shocking lack of basic customer service. Won?t be going back. Avoid this branch.

I had a click and collect order for two video games. I'm 30 years old and was asked to present ID. This was not mentioned in my Argos collection email to bring ID. I returned 20 minutes later with my ID in my pocket and went to another assistant who didn't ask me for ID. Very petty from the original assistant and no consistency.

I had the absolute worst customer service experience at Argos Old Street, all thanks to the so-called ?manager,? Mustak. He was beyond rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when I tried to return a faulty item I had just purchased. Instead of offering any real assistance, he flat-out refused to help and told me to call customer service?who then informed me that the decision was up to the store.
How does Argos allow someone with zero people skills to manage a store? His attitude was appalling, and he made it clear that he had no interest in actually helping customers. If this is the kind of service Argos thinks is acceptable, I?ll be taking my business elsewhere. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this branch unless you enjoy being spoken to like dirt.

The manager Mustak has zero communication and does not want to do his job refused to help me with a refund I went to another store in Aldgate where they told me the refund is no problem as the item is 1 day old however because it was bought in store only the store it was bought from can refund me lol so I?m left with having to complain formally because a stinky little excuse of a man Mustak decided to be unhelpful.

I love shopping here. The staff are polite and efficient. I mostly use click and collect. Usually in and out again in a few minutes. Value is good and a huge range of goods means they usually have what I need. Great store.

I was advised by an Argos chat operator to visit any store to get more information about two refunds that were supposed to be processed a week ago. I decided to visit the Old Street Argos, but the indifference of the manager turned the experience into a frustrating ordeal.
The manager?s initial response was to tell me to ?go to the store where I bought the item,? without listening and at the end failing to understand that I made the purchase online. Isn?t Argos a chain store? I was under the impression that all locations operate under the same system, but apparently, that?s not the case at Old Street. I?d recommend avoiding it.

First two lady make everything so difficult for me then manager Mustak came and did everything
within 10 minutes I highly appreciate his help and support he was very kind to me.
