I got the iphone 15pro max phone new and I got offer sim with1£ 50gb sheTiarna try to give me 25gb once I show Is wass 50gb on order email confirmation!I order 12 pro max couple year, another person staff try to give me opened box iphone used!!!!Becareful with this people!

Online it says opening time on a Saturday is 8am. Here in store there's a sign saying not opening until 8.30.

Terrible treatment from staff, specially the manager, I bought a camera which was faulty and it stopped working after 5 days, I went there to return with all packaging and everything that came with the camera and she not only refused to get the item returned but also turned her back to me and ignored me whilst I was speaking with her

Helen the manager. No idea how she is a manger. V awkward in her mannerisms and near on no communication as to why I was left waiting for a very VERY simple return. Can?t train her staff adequately. IF YOU WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICES, YOU NEED AT LEAST HAVE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
