Bought a Razer edge online and went to collect it but the in-store item was a used one.the store manager very kindly asked to get a brand new unit next day collected which they did and also gifted a 10 percent discount. Rania was super helpful in the whole process.

I had a faulty Babyliss item that needed a replacement. Despite having a reference code by Babyliss, Argos refused to exchange the brush, claiming it was non-refundable. Babyliss customer service confirmed that the item should have been replaced the first time. I suggest not buying anything from there unless you are prepared for the possibility of no replacement or refund. The staff is very rude. The girl today accused me of lying about the brush not working. I can see someone else in the reviews had my same experience.

Wish I could give 0 stars, the manager is extremely rude and arrogant and just wanted to talk back to us rather than try to help with our return.We bought something and wanted to exchange for a larger size within 30 minutes and she was extremely unhelpful and rude.

The store manager ( her Name is Rania )in Ladbroke Grove brunch is the worse manger and would Challenge you if you have any refund or exchange for any parts, the worse customer service, she?s absolutely rude and thinks she owns the store, extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Shark company told me and gave me a code to use and get replacement on the vacuum as they mirrored called me and said it?s faulty, but she refused to accept it making excuses that wasn?t relevant. Worse store to visit ever. She was no where near professional or tried to even deal with the whole situation professionally, even the waiting customers made comments and said that she wasn?t being professional and had a word with her for being unprofessional but she walked away and put her hands up in our faces saying I refuse to serve u. She should be replaced and she hardly smiles at any customer and looks down on ppl. She needs to learn how to treat her customers properly. She ruined my day, today date is 23rd January 2024, she around 1pm. I really hope Argos management has a word with her.

This is the most awful Argos store I am very disappointed in the staff manager was very rude didn?t listen at all only wanted to speak and not solve the actual issue delayed my rights of refund and was telling me to get out for no reason I urge urgent call back from Argos head office
