NHS's pick to provide antiviral pills 'immediately' for Covid patients at risk. Promised to deliver within a couple of hours... 5 hours later, not only did they not call to let me know they could not deliver until the next day 'because their driver was out on an emergency', whoever answered my call was pretty dismissive about this potential emergency. Not impressed.

Absolutely poor service or short of staffedThe experience in the farmacy is like this -walking in ,no one even telling u hello coz they are busy,waiting on q for 10 minutes to only ask question ,so they can tell you ,no I don?t have it .I find it so rude to let someone waiting 15 minutes to have the chance to ask questions.Not recommended at all .Should always someone be at the desk for serving the other costumers .

The pharmacy do no do yellow fear vaccine. Very misleading as the website say different

Staff are always pleasant and happy to help. When there was a vet meds shortage and I was advised to take a prescription to a regular chemist, they did their utmost to help, as the human equivalent was out of stock. They suggested and sourced an alternative very quickly. Amd, my repeat prescriptions are sorted like clockwork with just one call.

I always get good care and advice from here. They display many support braces for different parts of the body plus toilet use apparatus. They're the only chemist in the area doing this. There's a consultation room but looks unused.

Absolute disgrace to the pharmaceutical industry. Always have to chase them for medicines, they always have an excuse and not particularly good ones either. Will be changing immediately.
