Apple Covent Garden is a reliable place for electronics shopping and repairs. The staff are generally helpful, and the store is well-organized. Prices are on the higher side, but the service is professional and efficient.

Went into by headphones, service from the employee was lack luster and looked like he didn?t want to be there. Literally, I knew what I wanted & just wanted to buy the white colour way. Everyone has bad days, but damn the energy wasn?t it, made me want to walk out but I wanted the tech.

The experience in this store is super bad. I met several staff members who were very nice, except for a black man who was wearing shorts, a baseball cap and a necklace. He was about 172 cm tall and had a very bad attitude! He kept arguing with me! And his attitude was also very stubborn and arrogant.

Disgusting customer service! Unhelpful, rude and arrogant member of staff who handled my query rolled his eyes at me when I could not understand his scripted and vague response. Never again!

Zero customer service on a very quiet day in the store. Not able to spend 3 or 4 minutes to ask a few questions about a purchase I am considering without making an appointment. Three staff members chatting to each other by the door, literally said ?not my job?. Decision made, no purchase, well done.

The worst Apple Store I?ve ever been to.
Very rude impatient and helpless, even racist - pretending unable to understand me because of my accent and when I ask for someone else to help the very impatient guy just said ?I?m trying to help you just talk with me? and rejected me to seek for another people to help. At the moment when I was looking for another person to help, his first response is ?don?t yelling at me?, funny, I was talking exactly calm down and peacefully.
For both the curly brown hair guy who just won?t help in the Genius Bar, and the old/talk guy with grey hair on the ground floor.
