Breakfast was good especially the shakshuka but the price was too high for the place and the amount of food. I added two extra stars for the wonderful hostess Liz who was interested in us and made our experience better.

THE LADY WITH BLACK GLASSES, THE WORST STAFF attitude I ever came around, was very rude and disrespectful. No respect for customers and the service was unpleasant. Definitely a bad experience and I wouldn?t recommend it.

Insta worthy cafe serving all day breakfast, including fluffy stacks of pancakes.
The menu covers all your breakfast favourites. The drinks menu is extensive with a great range of teas and coffees.
The cafe opens at 9am, this is the time to get there if you don't want to wait. The queue started at about 09.30.
Service is friendly and quick.

Went around midday and as per the reviews there was a queue. Groups of 2 got seated quicker. Larger groups tended to have a longer wait time and some when seated had to sit on 2 tables close together. Interior is cosy. I came for the truffle scrambled egg and it didn't disappoint. Staff member said it was one of the popular items and I can see why! Truffle scrambled egg served with mushroom on a brioche bread. Slightly pricey but it's not a dish you eat everyday so didnt mind it as a treat. Despite the queues, food was brought out in a decent time. Service was fine, nothing special. However, they do add a service charge on the bill. I didn't see this noted on the menu but was prepared from seeing older reviews that mentioned thus.

Visited weekend morning before 10am - waited 30m for a table (we expected this) but the colleague dealing with bookings was standoffish, unhelpful, almost trying to put us off from waiting. That seemed quite unpleasant and made us feel unwelcome. The people behind us in the queue also felt they were treated this way.
The waiting staff inside were lovely, attentive, and friendly. The food was really yum, high price point but nice as a treat and cosy atmosphere inside. (Chairs scrape loudly across floor, could do with rubber pads)
Recommend pancakes (huge portion, definitely for sharing) and the truffle eggs
All halal menu, no pork or alcohol which is refreshing

Usually it's next to impossible to get into due to the long queues but I managed to go when there was no line - weekday after 4pm is ideal. The menu is limited but there do have something for most people's taste buds. We got the Wagyu beef burger with Sweet Potato Fries and Tomato Pasta. Both were average, a bit too overpriced for the portion size. The highlight of the meal was of course the Pancakes. I recommend to share because it's very chunky. The flavour of the day was Apple Crumble. I'd only go back again try the other flavours but not so much for the mains

The restaurant and atmosphere was nice, the staff were also nice.
But we didn't appreciate the fact our food was delayed due to serving people who came after us.
The food honestly was average if not below, I didn't understand what's the hype about, now we need to head to another restaurant for breakfast
