Been using this gym for just over a month and I really do like it. I switched gyms to this one because it?s less busy and much smaller than the other one.I love the classes the fitness instructor is lovely and very friendly and helpful. The circuits and pump classes are my favourite at the moment. I do want to learn how to use more of the equipments in the gym, just need to boost my confidence a little bit more.The staff members I have met are also helpful and friendly and we always greet each other when I go there.5mins walk from home which makes me love it even more. It?s definitely boosted my confidence level and I can?t wait to see progression in my body.

I moved to the area two years ago from west London and I can?t say a bad word about this gym. This is a great place to work out because it?s open 24hours, affordable, has an excellent team with exceptional customer service, it?s conveniently located and the equipment is always available and working. I also like the cleanliness of this gym, the staff are always welcoming and polite. Stefan P has been amazing to me ever since he signed me on. I took two months off due to stress, but speaking to Stefan he showed me a duty of care as I was planning to close my membership and resume when I?m in a better position. Some empathy for others from him and encouragement made me change my mind and resume what I missed. So thank you Stefan and the team for making my gym experience worthwhile. But look go have a look for yourself, stay active and let?s get it! All the best. ????

I love everything except the cleanliness. The shower rooms and lavatories are super dirty every time I want to use them. Same with the equipment. I am a loyal client who visits this gym every evening but I will change my mind unless there won?t be any changes. Showers MUST be clean! Please, pay attention to this as I tired of saying this every time.Thank you, hope to see some changes in the nearest future

Good selection of gym equipment, Dedicated staff in working hours. Beneficial for those who have awkward working shift patterns, being a 24th gym. Highly recommended ?

Have recently joined. Nice space and facilities but can see already only two squat racks and no bench specific rack will become an issue during busier times.

Been a member for around a year now, gym is well maintained, has friendly staff and good value for money. I very rarely find myself waiting for equipment, which for me is a key factor in why I like this gym.

Friendly staff, not overly busy during late mornings, clean and nice atmosphere. Only negative is the shower/WC rooms are cold and don't have any heating or radiators for towels/clothes.

Me an the wife joined in Jan.best thing we did..wife was a bit nervous going on her own but after a couple of times.there's nothing stopping her now.everyone just gets on with what there doing.no matter what shape or size you are.you feel comfortable

I joined anytime fitness on Thursday 20th Jan 2022 & on that same day it was my appointment for ?show round? as I was a new member to the gym, which took 1min and they forgot to show me other rooms such as toilets/ changing rooms, spin class room which I discovered it myself.I haven?t used the gym & I?ve ask to cancel my membership with 2 days of joining as I was within the 14 days cooling off period. I was asked to return back the fob in order to get my full refund, witch I have done.I?ve sent multiple emails asking for an update on my refund & I still haven?t received any cancellation confirmation email to confirm my refund being processed. I?ve called in and the staff members seem to have different information about the case. I?m just unhappy with the customers service I?m receiving.Replying back to your comment:1.Yes I was in a rush as I mentioned & made you guys aware I had an appointment to attend and I was promised i?ll receive an email with my refund confirmation which I still haven?t received. 2. How am I getting faster response on here and no response to my last 2 emails asking for refund confirmation?3. Yes I called in because I yet to receive a cancellation confirmation email. I gave my information to whom I spoke to and they were unsure about the situation & told me in February a payment is due to come out my account, which I don?t owe. That was confusing to me and they told me they need to speak to the manager. Would had been nice to get a call from the manager or an confirmation email stating that the cancellation is in process or some form of information from the person dealing with my cancellation.

This is clearly not a good gym and the service is poor. I am not sure how they got a good rating. When we took the subscription, the gym was okay. But the quality has degraded e.g. broken equipments, broken lockers for months (7 months+). And no action since then even if you report it. But they always push that you can't cancel though the quality has degraded.Though they took deposit for the fob and mentioned that you can return and get the deposit back when you leave. But when I try to leave and want to return the fob, they don't want to give the money back. This is a rip off!Just on the back of the reply from the owner - definitely trying to justify his false claims. Even until last week the cycle was broken and this is broken for 7+ months. I had mentioned this to the staff at least three times over the periods and they are also frustrated with the owner's reluctance to fix this. If anyone wants to validate, please ask the gym for a free visit and check. One of the two rowing machines is broken for few months as well. Some treadmills have software glitches. In many occasions there were no hand wash or tissue. Lockers were broken for few months. Definitely trying to do false claims. Also never asked for £30 back instead of £20 which the staff had mentioned twice as refundable. It's best to train your staff in better way rather than blaming customer. I do appreciate that you are a small business. That doesn't justify to provide degraded service and make false claims!

This gym is very nice and small, perfect if you want to focus on your workout. No long queues for the machines, very nice members, friendly and supportive staff, gym floor and toilets very clean. I would really recommend Anytime Fitness Grove Park to everyone!

A really good gym in a handy location. Never too busy and has a great variety of equipment and classes. Billy and Toby (the trainers) provide consistent and fun routines in Circuits and HIIT classes.Spin is always very popular.
