Got shouted at by an old male member of staff when I didn't put my Evri parcel in the correct place after using the machine (because no one was helping me). The other younger man behind the till was ignoring me when I asked him for a receipt & he seemed totally unbothered / away with the fairies. Will definitely not come here again. Terrible customer service.

Rude and racist Customer service provide by the male staff. No respect to customers and no complaints accepted.Selling old and contaminated food in their tea shop. They don?t want to accept customer complaints as they all are one gang.

They said it will take just 2 to 3 weeks for the delivery. But took more than 45 days to deliver the parcel to Sri Lanka from London. And the worst thing is, it has been opened and repacked. Missing an item also...
