Been a regular customer since their beginning in the area.They did well in the first UNTILL I started to notice the bad ironing/loss of buttons/fade of colours...I must say that the manager "Maria" is the one who kept mecoming! She is of high skills and well knowing of keeping a client happy...Although am a member and I pay yearly fees to stay so, I have just started to use another company with much much better finish and less cost.I recommend NOT unless you care NOT about your clothes.The irony in replying after 6 years! Unbelievable!

DO NOT COME HERE. I GAVE THEM 3 ITEMS THE THIRD ITEM CAME BACK WITH BLUE STAINS AND THEY TRIED TO SAME I BROUGHT IT LIKE THAT. COMPLETE LIE I TOLD THEM TO CHECK CCTV OF THE DAY I CANE THEY TRIED TO SAY THE LOST THE CCTV FOOTAGE. THEY TRY TO BULLY YOU IN PAYING FOR STAINS THEIR FACTOR DONE. THEY DO NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY THEY CARE MORE ABOUT PAYMENT THAN CUSTOMER VAIUES!!!

I've been using the American Dry Cleaning company for several years, but the service that I have experienced since Ramona joined the business has been exceptional. She is always welcoming and has a smile on her face. She remembers who I am to the point that I don't need to produce my receipt for her to bring out my shirts or suits. As an American, I make extensive use of dry-cleaning establishments wherever I go. Once upon a time, I gave this place lots of business, but stopped for two food reasons. The owner increase prices massively from time to time, almost daring anyone to stay loyal to the place. The second is that all the staff are immigrants who are abuse by their employer: wage theft, denial of holiday times, etc. We're talking major infractions here. He should be investigated. The cleaning service was adequate, but why support a modern sweatshop?!?

Greatest dry cleaner in the area. Good care about my staff,using a premier service and definitely it's worth it. Also tailor it's doing a brialiant job, if it's something complicated i know where i need to go . The manager always nice and friendly, she recommended to use a home delivery. Which make everything so easy. Thank guys))
