Disappointing Experience at American Car Wash on Victoria RoadI recently had the displeasure of using the American Car Wash located on Victoria Road, and I regret to say the experience was far from satisfactory. The professionalism I expected was absent, and the demeanor of the staff was discouraging. Throughout the service, I overheard employees openly complaining about their fatigue, which not only made me uncomfortable but also cast doubt on the quality of the service being provided. Such behavior is unprofessional and undermines the customer?s confidence in the business. I had hoped for a service that matched the reputation of American Car Wash, but, unfortunately, this location failed to deliver. Improvement in staff professionalism and customer service is strongly advised.

Car was cleaned well outside but inside the cleaning was quite minimal and rushed, especially for the carpets and under the carpets which should be a easy task

The place has been going down hill over the last couple of years. No attention to detail, lack of management and very rushed. In particular the big guy who cleans the glass is so lazy. Barely cleans the glass. And when asked to clean the inner part of the rear window he says it's already clean.

I had to edit my review from last time . I paid mini valet , however,my car was still dirty as you see in the photo . And company can?t even print for me VAT receipt. I have reviewed this car wash and I gave it 4 starts but this time 2 starts . They must improve their service or they will lose many clients.

I don?t know why I keep going back. It is definitely the last time I give American car wash my money again. No pride, no attention to detail, drippy, smudgy and a general feeling of being unclean. Dreadful car wash experience and expensive to boot!Services: Polishing

Terrible experience. Rude unfriendly manager. Mediocre service at best left very unsatisfied for what I paid for. I'd advise everyone to stay far away from this car wash service you can find much better for a better price.

Very rubbish cleaning didn?t even hover the car properly wouldn?t recommend there are other ones near by on Iverson road for 10 pounds which do the clean 10x cleaner

Absolutely the worst car wash I?ve ever been to. For £29:95 I would have rather poked my eyes 10 times. The fact that I had to ask them to clean the inside and parts of the outside again was a joke. The 3 people who ?cleaned? the car didn?t have any get go and actually didn?t care about if the car was clean or not. I?ve been to an American car wash in london before and this one gives the brand a bad name. The shampoo machine didn?t work and looked like it was there for show. Will never in my life go to this car wash again. Feel bad that I didn?t go to my regular car wash, who do a fantastic job for £20

I paid £20.95 for inside and outside. They didn't clean inside properly. The dashboard had dust left as well. I will not go there again. Waste of money.
