Amazing Service delivered by Lima who really listened to what I wanted to achieve, really went above and beyond, Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and Extremely professional. Very relaxing surroundings, I will definitely return to this outlet.

Usually went in for eyebrows and they were fine. However last time and this time they burnt my face, on Friday they burnt it quite badly even after I was telling the lady to stop it. I went back because I thought the first time was a small mistake but am so sad I took the risk. I have photos as proof and I’m devastated... read full comment

I get threading here and they do it great, not too thin and if you don't need it doing yet they advise you not to do it until xyz days when it will need doing, so they don't rip you off. The price is reasonable and theres a loyalty card too!! Lovely staff and nice ambience.
