Absolutely outstanding service from Lucia, Barbora and team. We must have come to the showroom over 10+ in the last year. A few times to browse, then to order our wooden floor (with Ilan from ESB flooring, downstairs), then browse and buy bathroom and kitchen tiles, then browse and buy outdoor tiles (back patio slabs and finally front slabs). Each and every time, they looked after us, helped us choose, order and coordinate delivery to meet our builder's timelines. They are super friendly and have gone above and beyond for us. We're so grateful and can't recommend them enough. You don't get this level of service in other tile and floor shops. And I say this having been to at least 5 other shops before choosing Alpha and ESB.

I ordered my bathroom tiles from Barbora. Her customer service was superb and the tiles arrived on time, she was honest and reasonable with her prices. Her knowledge of the products is excellent, the showroom and selection of tiles is what drew me to place an order. The quality is excellent and they look fantastic! Had so many compliments already! I have just gone back to place a new order for my patio also! Highly recommend this place. You should ignore the 1 bad review about customer service, as it is simply not true! Barbora works on her own upstairs in the showroom and always responds to email queries quickly. Once I have some better photos, I will upload them.

Lots of companies can do tiles and we had a number of quotes for our patio, however, the communication with Alpha Tiles was outstanding. All thanks to Barbora who dealt with me. She completed our quote, helped us arrange reasonable delivery and took the order all on the same day. She kept me informed throughout the process. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.

Our experience of Alpha Tiles & ESB Flooring has been an absolute joy. The choice of tiles and flooring is vast and they have very attractive designs in tiles. We found that they are one of the most competitive on price too. We were served throughout by Barbara - and she was absolutely fantastic. A warm and friendly person, Barbara took a genuine interest in our house renovation project and recommended the right style of tiles and flooring that complemented the look we were trying to achieve. At no point in time did we feel that she was selling to us, but rather it felt we were buying it from her. The kitchen tiles she helped us choose were unique and it has drawn a lot of compliments from our friends and family - as something unique looking. No query was too much bother for her and her enthusiasm was endearing. I would also like to thank Daniella for serving us well - another genuinely warm and friendly person. Disgraceful service. Visited and was told person I needed was at lunch. That was after standing there for nearly 20 minutes and not even a "hello." I went back and again not even a "hello" and ignored for another 20 minutes. Gave up in the end going to go somewhere more professional. It is quite frustrating when trying to support a small business and not go to the larger retailers but with service like this one has no choice!

Great experience at Alpha Tiles. Barbora was fantastic throughout the process of buying tiles for our kitchen, bathroom and outdoor areas. Right from helping us choose right till delivery the service was excellent.A few things to point out:We were directed to Alpha Tiles by our kitchen supplier; given the quality of their kitchens, I was fairly confident that they were recommending a business with a good reputation and productsYou will not get a flashy showroom and sales people. Instead you will get Barbora, who is very personable and will look after you from the time you are browsing till delivery. She and the staff at Alpha Tiles are very knowledgeable and will make sensible recommendations based on your needs.Finally, Alpha Tiles have a great selection of tiles for all sorts of rooms. They deal directly with leading suppliers from Italy and Spain, so you know you are getting excellent products which I would say are on par or better than some of the high end tile showrooms. And lastly cost - the prices were far more reasonable than the above mentioned high end showrooms, and even better than thethe leading chain retailers. I found cheaper internet retailers, but was not impressed with the samples sent and these were also not Italian or Spanish (who have the reputation for making the best tiles).Overall would strongly recommend visiting Alpha Tiles for any home projects you have :)

Brilliant selection of tiles and wooden floor. We were looking for a specific type of matching indoor and outdoor tiling and finally managed to find the perfect range at Alpha Tiles. Very efficient and great customer service (esp Barbora). Would definitely recommend their products
