The staff at All Saints Long Acre are so nice and helpful, especially the floor manager Reeva and assistant Sarah. They helped me pick the right leather jacket and were so patient and kind.

Staff were friendly enough but didn't know much about the stock. I asked a simple question about caring for an expensive leather jacket. She didn't know the answer but said she would find out. Then carried on with what she was doing before wandering off to serve someone else!

I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Monica, the lovely lady who spent almost an hour trying to help me finding an outfit for a last minute night out.Although I didn?t find anything I loved to the point I would buy it, she was extremely patient, kind and professional. She had a constant smile on her face and tried very hard to find me a the perfect outfit.I just wasn?t in a mood to go out and to buy clothes today.It is so rare to find a sales person like her nowadays.Monica, thank you so much again!I will definitely come back to you and I am sure I will buy the ideal outfit for another occasion.You deserve 100 stars !

What a rude customer service!! They don?t even look at you, and when you say hello/goodbye they just starr to through you and trying to look busy.

The manager straight away looked after me she had long black/ brown hair I completely forgot her name ? I receive my all saints coat for my birthday from online and two days in stitching on the pocket came apart. I took it to my closest store covent garden and was just expecting a repair of some sort but the lady was super wonderful as they didn't have the coat in store in my size she ordered another one for me and had it delivered the next day to my home address. Wonderfully packed when arrived and now I can wear it super happy. Thank you
