Explained the job to them, and agreed on a time.
10 mins before the latest arrival time (2-hour window) they called to inform they'd be late. When I reiterated what the job was, they decided they could not actually do it as it would require a long ladder. Not exactly high-tech specialist equipment for a plumbing firm, I thought.
Unprofessional and generally not bothered about doing the work required. Disappointing.

You know the day isn't going to go well when you get up and discover there is no hot water. It gets even better when you go out to the garage to check the water heater and discover the floor covered in water. Obviously beyond any do-it-yourself fix, so called All Plumbing Services Wandsworth, who we have used before, around 9am. Reza from Beni arrived about 2 hours later and when a plumber tells you he has never seen this problem before you know the day can't get much worse. Problem was a gas water heater that rusted out around the flue and solution was a new water heater. Fortunately they had a replacement heater at the shop and someone was bringing it to Beni. New water heater installed in about an hour after arrival at our home, total time to remove old heater and install new one about 2 hours. Excellent service that we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. After today All Plumbing Services Wandsworth is our plumber forever now.

I am so grateful to Kriss and RM15 Plumbing to squeeze me in during this very busy short holiday week!
