Met up here a few weeks ago with some friends on our way to a show.
Enquired about the boozy brunch but were told that it had to be booked in advance. Explained we had travelled a couple of hours to get into London, but were still not allowed to have the boozy brunch option. Asked to speak to the manager who said she didnt have enough staff to look after us and there was a big party booked for 2 hours time. The place was empty and the boozy brunch was only for 1.5 hours so we would have finished before the big party arrived. Ended up spending alot more as we then had to pay individually for each drink and the food. Disappointed with the lack of flexibility offered.

All Bar One are consistently good across their bars, the staff were really helpful as we were using the app for the first time. Athough there was a mistake with the order the staff made up for it with an upgrade. Me and my friend will continue to make our way around all the bars.

Horrible service? we were waiting for so long

We welcomed new years in All bar one.
It was cold indoors, people were sitting with their coats on.
Nothing interesting in this bar., no performance or entertainment for NYE, and frankly it felt very boring... Otherwise, the bar is very nice for occasional stop for food and drinks

Loka is close to the Tower of London. The food was OK, but nothing special.

Unfortunately the food was the worst festive lunch I have eaten in a restaurant. The turkey was way overcooked and very dry. Some parts of it were so hard it was inedible. I did not like that the stuffing was wrapped with the turkey either. The vegetables were cooked nicely. I was disappointed there wasn?t Yorkshire pudding with it. The dessert was just okay. The manager gave us 10% off pp for the overcooked turkey. I won?t be back unfortunately and will not recommend their festive lunch experience to others.

Drinks were fine. They had a deal 2 for £15, but you have to be careful because they have an emblem next to the drinks that are included in this deal. They bring both drinks out at the same time if you participate in this deal. My friend ordered a drink not on the deal menu and they brought out 2, when we brought it to their attention they just proceeded to charge us for it. We didn?t fight it, but just be careful, I definitely felt like this was a situation where tourists could be taken advantage of. Overall drinks weren?t bad and the prices were reasonable. It?s very close to the tower of London as well, so convenient if you?re out touring.

Customer service was a little slow for the first 45 minutes of bottomless brunch. Food was good, so were the drinks. Other bottomless brunches have designated staff for those tables which I think would be good here.
