Came as a big hen party- our server (can't remember his name, sorry !maybe arman? ) was so kind and professional despite being rushed off his feet. He took care of our group very well, along with the bar staff making all our drinks. Thanks for having us all bar one

It's a bar in the city.... It's toooo busy for my liking & as a result the service it "random" to say the least?
Toilets not a pretty sight either.
Not really my cup of tea, but I guess it's a pub in town?

My friends and I ended up having to leave as the small table we were given was next to the door and in between the bar and two other long tables. We were being knocked over multiple times in a minute by servers and guests and people from the bar would lean over us or leave their drinks on the table. It didn?t seem like a table should be there, felt really in the way. I would have preferred if they didn?t accept the booking if it was so busy, especially as I wrote in the booking request that we would need some space and a sofa or booth to accommodate one of us who is heavily pregnant. Even if this wasn?t the case though, we still would have left due to how unpleasant the ambience was.
It was incredibly loud, smelly, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I was not welcomed in any way and in fact was greeted rudely when I asked whether something special was happening to warrant such chaos. It seemed like multiple office parties going on.
I will not return.

The bar staff and waiting staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly our server, Srinath.
While my wife was very happy with her main meal, the Pad Thai, I found the Korean BBQ Chicken burger rather unpleasant. The chicken was very rubbery and tough rather than tender, so may avoid that one next time!
