We had a reservation for New Year's Eve from 9:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. The table was reserved by name and was clearly visible on the sign that was on the table. An employee came quite quickly and gave us the menu/drink cards. We were also allowed to order from him personally. Unfortunately, for the second round we had to order via the system. Unfortunately, I absolutely don't like having to always have my cell phone with me when I'm sitting in a restaurant and having to use it to order. I don't want to be forced to constantly look at my cell phone on evenings like these. Apart from that, the cocktails were very tasty - so good value for money. The location not far from the Thames and also close to a subway station and within walking distance of some hotels is great. The atmosphere/music on New Year's Eve was also very good. Only in the toilets could the door locks be repaired so that you don't have to hold them when you go to the toilet. I can recommend the bar - there is a really good selection of drinks.

Non existent service, filthy dirty tables. Staff ignore you, and don't even acknowledge customers. Avoid, plenty of other places close by.

Amazing atmosphere! And the staff are so incredible, not only friendly but very skilled! I had the best negroni! Please visit if you happen to come out of Cannon St. station - it?s only across the road!
