My friend and I came for a bite before the theatre. We shared All Bar One Favourites Board and flatbread with hummus. It was more than enough food for two of us.
The food was good, especially calamari.
The service could be better. I had to wait for a while for my second drink. When the waiter brought my new drink, he didn't collect the empty glass of my finished drink, although I had put it on the edge of the table. It was obvious that the drink was finished. Yet, that empty glass stayed there till the end of my meal.
The atmosphere was pub-like.
In general, All Bar One Covent Garden is a nice place, and I might come here again.

reserved seats a day in advance, came in on a friday evening and was pretty crowded but nice atmosphere and vibes
had the trio of fries after a mix up with the waiter who fixed it up quickly without any problems
toilets downstairs were a bit dirty

Kid-friendliness: not kid friendly- loud and crowded

I pre-booked a table. It was given to someone else, who staff didn't seem to want to ask to move for some unknown reason. This was a birthday celebration, we were only staying for drinks before a restaurant reservation, so time was important. I didn't appreciate being kept waiting while another table was found and cleaned for us to use. I don't see the point in booking if you can't manage to provide the table at the time confirmed (despite the reminders of "table ready" that I received in messages). Very disappointing.

The waitresses behind the bar were miserable, rude & unfriendly. No greeting, thank you etc when customers order & pay for drinks. And it wasnt a busy evening hence really no reason of such poor attitude, they either need to get some proper customer service delivery training course or get a different job but Hospitality.
