Starter was OK but main (fish) was dry and rubbery. Service was appalling as not enough staff although waitress was trying her best. Asked for drinks 3 times and ended up getting them myself so not impressed

I recently visited All Bar One in Leicester Square and was served by Robin. While the service itself was fine, our experience was completely overshadowed by what happened when we left. After settling our bill with another staff member, Robin called us back as we were leaving and questioned whether we had actually paid. Even after we confirmed that we had, he went on to ask if a random man at the bar had paid for us instead.
As women of color, this interaction felt especially uncomfortable and unfair. It was embarrassing to be singled out in such a manner, and it raised concerns about bias in the way customers are treated. The staff should improve their communication and ensure that all guests are treated with the same respect and professionalism. I?m writing this out of utter shame as instead of asking his colleague whether our bill was paid he chose to stop us as we left the bar and question our character and think we came to the bar to have our bill paid by another man as we looked cheap to him and we couldn?t pay our own bill.
I would request a serious investigation on this matter by All Bar One Leicester Square and if need be check CCTV cameras about this encounter that happened at 11.15 pm on Friday, 28 March 2025.

Will went on Saturday with two of my friends was booked for 530 pm got there alittle early but had to wait so we order a drink then when are time come they was no one to take us to the table then 6 muites late someone come took us upstairs are table was not ready to sit down as someone was still sit they then the guy who took us up stair disappeared somewhere not let us know what was happan so we had to let the lady know behide thevbar and we booked are time so they put us on different table which had nothing on it has we was earing I ordeva beer and took 15 muites to come as it was sit on bar I would been better go up myself my friend had voucher for drink then went we got bill they said it not valid they should of said that before they bought over the bottle had wait long time for food my friend ordered beef burger and the lady come back and ask her if she want beef in it was a bit confused could not fine my voucher to use all so was dark and no light I had to use my phone light to read the menu

When we arrived the guy behind the bar showed us to our table and gave us one menu between the two of us and then left without a word. When we booked we specified that we needed gluten free options; none of the dishes on the menu were marked as such, although we had checked the online menu before booking. We waited for a good half hour for someone to come back to us, but no one did. There was a QR code on the table to use to order and pay, but due to the poor lighting placing the phone over it put the code in deep shadow rendering it useless. Eventually we got up and walked out; no member of staff asked us why we were leaving. On first taking our seats I noticed uncleared plates on the table behind me, when we left they were still there.

We booked a table for a big group of 13 but when we came in our tables were occupied and one of our tables was left dirty with glasses on it, when we were invited to use it until the other ones got vacant, we had to clear this up ourselves.
It?s ok for what it is as price wise it is great and can be affordable for everyone, however next time I will reconsider and probably will go ahead with a different venue.

We had to wait 20min for our 2 cocktails after we ordered via QR code on the table (wasn?t too busy).We had Pornstar Martinis and the prosecco tasted kinda cheap and did not include the typical fruit you get elsewhere. The waiters weren?t all too friendly and as we seeked info about our waiting, the lady couldnt help us.

Had a great time here! We only ordered cocktails, and they did not disappoint?each one was crafted beautifully and tasted amazing. The Pina Havana was refreshing, and the Salted Caramel Old Fashioned was a standout, complete with a tiny popcorn holder on the glass?such a fun touch! ?? Our server, Prerna, was fantastic?attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. Will definitely be back for more drinks soon!
