Went in to give away my suitcase. A female staff looked at me as though I was a beggar, asked if the suitcase is still working alright. Ridiculous

This store does not give refunds! Even if you have the receipts. Never known a shop like it, but it?s their ?policy?. Manager was initially quite rude but later helped me find items to buy with store credit. Seems odd for a charity shop to have this policy as it?s pure luck they?ll have anything you like to buy at all.

i bought some ?sunglasses? and didn?t realise they were correction glasses until i got home. there was nothing on the label to say they were correction sunglasses or frame only either. me and my mum went back to the shop to exchange them as they were useless to us, but got greeted by rude staff and shouting ladies. they accused me of stealing because i had no receipt (they never gave me a receipt in the first place) and when i showed them the transaction on my phone they again, accused me of stealing by taking other items for the same price and claiming it was the glasses. what would be the point of that! it?s a charity shop and i?m a child, get over yourself. they were extremely rude and told us that it would be better if we didn?t come back, and when my mum pointed out how rude they were being they said it?s okay and fine. being rude as a service worker is not okay or fine. we eventually got the exchange after a while of begging them for it, and she kept making it seem like a favour as if she hadn?t been extremely rude and as if this shouldn?t be the norm. we don?t need any favours, but if it says refunds and exchanges allowed, i expect to be able to do a refund or exchange. never coming back here, don?t waste ur time! just go a few doors down where the staff is a lot more pleasant and the prices are better too. i will not donate to all aboard anymore because of this exquisite manager, thanks for ruining my day ?

terrible service and rude staff particularly the manager, poor excuse for a charity shop

The lovely lady took my box of clothes and some old two piece suits without any fuss at all. She assured me the clothes would be sold or sent to be shredded if they were unsaleable. I like a charity shop that is grateful for items. I think they collect your donations if you are unable to take them in to the shop.

Good for a charity shop. Plenty to choose from.

All Aboard is a charity shop but it's never made clear exactly what charity it supports, which is why I've rated it four and not five stars. In terms of what it sells the shop is excellent. It has a great range of books and always stocks a lot of travel books. The stock is usually of really good quality too. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

This charity shop is not bad at all. Nothing to write home about but if you are writing home about charity shops than you have more serious problems. I'm writing you about about charity shops, so perhaphs the shoe fits! Ha Ha. No, seriously All Aboard has some cool stuff. The ladies from East Finchley and Muswell Hill ( this store is also near enough to Highgate) have written off some of thier old designer finds in this shop. For example, I found a really hot waist coat from New Look for 5 pounds here. Of note, was also a D & G top for 6.95- a steal! If you like charity shops and find yourself in N2, have a look!
